Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C, to modify the bail condition imposed to the petitioner on granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.3760 of 2021, dated 07.10.2021 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Salem.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem in Crl.M.P.No.3760 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting bail to the petitioners, the lower Court below imposed a condition that the petitioners shall stay at Erode and report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode daily at 10.30a.m., until filing final report and on further condition that they shall make available themselves for interrogation as and when required by the investigation officer. He further submits that the petitioners have complied with the above conditions without fail and seeks for modification of the condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

5. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed on the petitioners by an Order in Crl.MP.No.3760 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions remain unaltered.
