The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the name of Mr.Janab Nawabzada Ghulam Ghouse as agent of the respondent his highness the Prince of Arcot Enowment in the place of the deceased agent Mr.U.Mohammed Khalilullah in the above S.A.No.187 of 2023.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the Court bundle.
