This Application has been filed to record the death of fifth respondent Mrs.B.J.Sampat. A reading of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and a perusal of the memorandum of grounds would show that the legal representatives of the fifth respondent Mrs.B.J.Sampat are already on record as respondents 3, 4 and 6 to 10. They are declared as the legal representatives of the fifth respondent and the Registry will carry out the required amendments.
