Mr.U.Bharanidharan, for both W.Ps Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners have filed these petitions seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to issue Patta in favour of petitioners' name in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos.858/1 and 858/2, measuring about 1.19 acres and 2.23 acres respectively, situated at Mudhuganapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering Page No.2 of 5
the petitioners' representation dated 11.07.2022.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners' have made representation dated 11.07.2022 before the fourth respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioners. However, the said application has been rejected by the fourth respondent.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions. Hence, these writ petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
