ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to the first respondent to issue NOC to run SPA.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner has to make appropriate application with necessary documents as per the guidelines and then only, application for granting permission to run SPA can be considered.

3. Considering the fact that this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application with all necessary details and for compliance with the guidelines given by the Commissioner of Police. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
