Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter No.CMWSSB/ P&A/SR/ 16281/2012 dated 22.8.2012 and quash the same and further directing the respondents to fix a revised pay to the petitioner in his post of Time Keeper in the time Scale of Rs.950-20-1500 on par with those of similarly placed employees as per the revision ordered in G.O.Ms.No.582 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 1.8.1992 with effect from 1.6.1988 notionally and from 1.4.1992 with monetary benefits more

particularly as ordered to the similarly placed incumbant in W.P.No.29394 of 2008 dated 21.11.2011.
