ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition, challenging the order of the 2nd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.A1/932/2012 dated 26.04.2013 and the subsequent proceeding issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.A8/3114/2013, dated 11.09.2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
