Mr.Srinivasan, learned counsel is appearing on behalf of the Vridhachalam Municipality (the second respondent) and Ms.G.Hemalatha, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (the third respondent) and the first respondent is represented by his counsel. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay of 254 days in filing the restoration petition in C.M.P.Nos.2983 and 2982 of 2022 is condoned.

Though the petitions before this Court is only with reference to the condonation of delay in filing the restoration petition is C.M.P.Nos.2983 and 2982 of 2022 since the learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection in restoring these petitions, these petitions are also restored. The Registry may number the petitions. For filing counter in the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.2983 and 2982 of 2022, post the matter on 11.03.2024.
