2. This application has been filed to permit the petitioner/plaintiff to examine the learned Advocate Commissioner Mrs.S.Thamizharasi appointed by this Hon'ble Court in A.No.4818 of 2023 in C.S.No.61 of 2023 as witness in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent do not have any objections in ordering the application as prayed for.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein and also taking into account that no objection was expressed by the respondent, the Application in A.No.501 of 2025 in C.S.No.61 of 2023 stands ordered.
