We have heard Mrs.Shaikh Mehrunisa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. This Court has already allowed W.P.No.25913 of 2021 under its judgment and order dated 03.08.2022 thereby striking down Rules 16 and 17 of the Tamil Nadu Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017 framed by the State Government.

3. Now the present application is filed for implementation of the said order.

4. The order is already in force.

The learned State Government Pleader submits that the Rules would be now framed on or before 30.01.2024.

In view of the said statement, the application is disposed of.
