Crl.M.P.No.13290 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.13290 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16680 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the trial Court as "the learned Special Court for SC/ST Act cases (Sessions Judge), Villupuram" instead of "learned Principal Sub Judge, Kallakurichi" in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16680 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition and accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy.
