Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed GWOP No.24 of 2022 under Section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, seeking for custody and guardianship of minor Baby Rabika.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though trial has commenced in the said proceedings, GWOP No.24 of 2022 is pending for more than three years.

5. Considering that GWOP No.24 of 2022 has been filed seeking guardianship as well as custody of the minor daughter Rabika, aged about 6 years and it is pending for three years, I am inclined to allow the revision directing the learned VII Additional Family Court, Chennai. to dispose of GWOP. 24 of 2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the revision is disposed of.
