O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 18.07.2019.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is working as a Clerk in Thachampattu Primary Agricultural co-operative Credit Society Limited. It is his case that he has made several complaints against the 2nd respondent herein, who is holding the post of Secretary Incharge in the same Society, however complaints were not considered. Once again on 18.07.2019, the petitioner made representation/complaint to the 1st respondent against the 2nd respondent. Till date the said representation of the petitioner was not considered. Hence the Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made several complaints against the 2nd respondent on 21.01.2019, 31.01.2019, 18.02.2019, 28.02.2019 and 18.07.2019. However, till date the complaints were not considered. Therefore, he prayed this Court to give direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation within a time limit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2019 after giving opportunity to the 2nd respondent, if not disposed already, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
