This Application has been filed to permit the Applicant/Petitioner to amend the name and father name of the Respondents 4 & 5 in the Petition in the above O.P.No.248 of 2024 as detailed under:

a)Amend the short cause title as against the name and father name of the Respondents 4 & 5 as follows:

4.Mrs.Kalaivani.A D/o.K.M.Siva Shanmugam Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street Royapettah, Chennai 600 014 5.Mr.Sathyanarayanan.S S/o.Mr.K.M.Siva Shanmugam Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street Royapettah, Chennai 600 014 instead of 4.Mrs.Kala D/o.Siva Subramanian Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street Royapettah, Chennai 600 014 5.Mr.Sathya D/o.Siva Subramanian Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street Royapettah, Chennai 600 014

b)Amend the long cause title in para 2 of the petition as against the name and father name of the Respondents 4 & 5 as follows: The 4th Respondent is Mrs.Kalaiavani.A, Daughter of Late K.M.Siva Shanmugam, aged 52 years and residing at Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street, Royapettah, Chennai 600 014. The 5th Respondent is Mr.Sathyanarayanan.S, Son of Late.K.M.Siva Shanmugam, aged 50 years and residing at Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street, Royapettah, Chennai 600014.

instead of The 4th Respondent is Mrs.Kala, Daughter of Late.Siva Subramanian, aged 52 years and residing at Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street, Royapettah, Chennai 600 014. The 5th Respondent is Mr.Sathya, Son of Late.Siva Subramanian, aged 50 years and residing at Door No.3, Old No.4, Perumal Mudali Street, Royapettah, Chennai 600 014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Defendants 4 & 5.

3.Learned counsel for the Defendants 4 & 5 represented that he has no objection to this Application.

4.In view of the above said position, in the interest of justice, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
