The petitioner herein seeks a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of his representation dated 10.07.2024 pending on its file.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of land situated in Survey Nos.15/9B, 17/5B, 48/3, 49/3, 77/1, 78/1 and 9 at Bevanatham village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Originally, the patta for the above mentioned land stood in the name of petitioner in Patta No.12375. Later, as per the order passed by the 2nd respondent, the patta was wrongly transferred in the name of petitioner's father-in-law namely Reddiyappa S/o.Eerappa. Therefore, the petitioner submitted the representation before the 1st respondent on 10.07.2024 seeking restoration of patta in her name and the same has not been considered. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court by way of writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be treated as a revision filed before the 1st respondent and the same will be disposed of in accordance with law within a time fixed by this Court. 2/4

In view of the said position, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.07.2024 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to all the interested parties.
