ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.44 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the said FIR was registered only on 08.05.2025 for the offence under Sections 69 and 351(3) of BNS.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
