ORDER
The petitioner is one of the co-owners of the property bearing Door No.48/17, Gandhi nagar, Canal Bunk road, Adayar, Chennai-600 020. The property is enjoyed by the petitioner along with her brothers. Since the petitioner is not having separate electricity connection for her portion, she has submitted an application before the first respondent on 07.03.2016 and so far, no connection has been given. Hence, the petitioner before this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that TANGEDCO is ready to give new service connection to the petitioner on receiving of application with necessary fee.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent. 4.Taking into consideration the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to submit an application to the first respondent by tomorrow itself [08.10.2016] and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
first respondent is directed to take decision without insistence for no objection certificate from the other legal heirs, as the petitioner is one of the share holders of the property and further directed to provide electricity connection within three days, thereafter.
5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
