This writ petition has been filed directing the Respondents 1 to 5 to provide the petitioner with a non-traceable certificate for the lost Sale Deed Doc No. 5190 of 1994 for the property situated at Old No. IOC, New No. 23/c, Jothi Flats, Brindavan Street. A Extn., 1st Cross Street West Mambalam Chennai-600033 based on the complaint filed 17.11.2021 by the 4th Respondent (Complaint Ref No: CAP21174990).

2. When the case was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
