SELVAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14556 of 2021 on 17.08.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
