The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 14 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in Crl.M.P.No.3820 of 2021 in M.C.No.23 of 2019 dated 12.05.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi.
2. Notice served and the counsel for the respondents has also entered appearance.
3. Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition are not satisfied, the counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objections. Hence, in oder to give an opportunity to the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the petition to condone the delay is ordered.
