ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to file a final report/charge sheet in the FIR No.313 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS and 66(D) of Information Technology Act 2000, pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that Cyber Crime offence is involved in this case and that the investigation is in progress.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
