2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that these writ petitions have become infructuous and prayed this Court to dismiss the Writ Petitions. He also made a common endorsement for both petitions which is as follows:

" The writ petitions has become infructuous."

3. In the light of the above submission, and the endorsement made, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
