This application has been filed by the 5th defendant in the Testamentary Original Suit seeking extension of time granted to the learned Administrator who had the remit to sell four separate flats and report back to this Court. 2.It is stated that within the time stipulated, the learned Advocate Commissioner was able to sell only one flat and now seeks purchasers to execute sale deed and receive the consideration with respect to the other three flats. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant 3stated that there were some practical difficulties in marketing the flats and therefore some time could be granted.
3.Taking all the factors into consideration, time is extended to the learned Administrator, Mr.P.Govindarajan, Advocate, M/S No.1007/1996, No.359, New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Building, Chennai - 600 104, Cell : 9444006166, to take necessary and effective steps to sell the three further flats for which warrant had also been issued to him, by a further period of twelve months.
