(CRIME NO.13/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para no.6(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation of the order dated 26/10/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19852 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.BALAJI Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 26.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on anticipatory bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.10.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
