O R D E R

The writ petitioner seeks direction to 2nd respondent to dispose of the application in O.A.No.118 of 2021 pending on the file of the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Tirupur within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that one Aruchamy filed an application in O.A.No.117 of 2021 under Section 63(e) of HR &CE Act in respect of the very same temple and both the applications will be taken together.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.118 of 2021 pending on its file on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
