(CRIME NO.13 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 5(c) imposed by Hon`ble Court by order dated 12.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19526 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19526 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on third Friday of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
