ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15763 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and appear before the respondent police on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.15763 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate from Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m., and appear before the respondent police

on Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed.
