Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.814/2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the execution of sentence passed by the District Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu in Criminal appeal No.5 of 2018 dated 27.04.2019 confirming the order in SC 49/2014 on the file of Prl. ASJ Chengalpattu and petitioner may be released on bail pending Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.814/2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SELVAKUMAR,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ,ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court vide order dated 26.08.2019 had directed the Registry to call for the records from the trial court and the Sessions court and post the revision petition in the usual course. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioner is prepared to argue the main revision itself.
