ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.MP.No.12046 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.336 of 2024

to pay fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/- for suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner.

2. The sentence imposed on the petitioner was suspended by the order of this Court dated 23.01.2025, inter alia, on the condition that the petitioner should deposit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. However, it is seen that the petitioner could not deposit the said amount and is still in custody. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty FiveThousand Only) towards the fine amount. All other conditions remain unaltered.
