ORDER

This impleading petition has been filed by a person who sold the property to the writ petitioner and asserts that the full consideration was not paid.

2. Learned counsel for the impleading petitioner submits that a civil suit has been filed in relation to the failure of the writ petitioner to pay full consideration.

3. If the impleading petitioner has any grievance against the purchaser in respect of non-payment of the full sale consideration, it is open to the petitioner to institute proceedings before the jurisdictional civil court. On that ground, no case is made out for impleadment in a writ petition filed by the purchaser to restrain registration of conveyances in relation to the relevant property.
