(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Mr.Franklin, learned counsel appears on behalf of M/s.Sarvabhauman Associates for R1 and R2 and puts up a token resistance for the condonation of delay of 3 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R3 to R6 does not object very seriously to the condonation.

3. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 3 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
