ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested by the respondent police for offence under Sections 201. 363 & 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.1328 of 2021, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had illegal intimacy with the mother of the deceased and when the same was questioned by the deceased, the petitioner is alleged to have drowned the deceased in a Temple tank and committed murder of the deceased.
3. A perusal of the materials available on record reveals that a previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.20870 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 02.11.2021.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second bail petition . Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
