(Order of the court was made by P.D.AUDIKESAVALU,J.) This Court in the order dated 31.07.2017 in W.P.No.16523 of 2017 filed by the Petitioner, directed the State Level Scrutiny Committee to dispose the Revision Petition, if any, filed by the Petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of its receipt.

The Petitioner is prosecuting this Contempt Petition by contending that no action has been taken by the concerned authority in that regard. 3.

It is accepted by Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that after the filing of the Contempt Petition, the concerned authority has initiated action and the Vigilance Cell has been deputed to enquire into the Scheduled Tribe Community status of the Petitioner and submit its report as per the relevant Governmental Orders. In such circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner from working out his rights, if he still has any other grievance, before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 2/4
