This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 87 days in filing the Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.

41733 of 2025 as against the order made in Cr.M.P.03 of 2025 in Crime No.453 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukoilur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 87 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
