The Petitioner derived the above said property through a Registered Settlement Deed dated 27.06.2013, in Document No.244/2013, registered at the office of SRO, Poonamallee.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to dispose of her representations dated 04.12.2023 and 29.07.2024 seeking survey of her land comprised in New Survey No.138/15, Old Survey No.138/part2 with an extent of 2340 sq.ft., situated at Parivakkam Village, Poonamallee Taluk,

Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the request made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent already fixed 22.08.2024 as the date for survey of her land by the Sub Inspector, Vayalanallur and submit his report. 2/4

He also produced a copy of the memorandum dated 17.08.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent to that effect. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is recorded.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
