Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition since the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent has been resolved and M.C.No.12 of 2022 which was pending before the Family Court, Ariyalur has been withdrawn. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
