ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.413 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the respondent, an FIR in crime No.413 of 2021 had been registered, for the offences under Section 24(1) COTPA Act. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumanarkoil and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. However, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumanarkoil is directed to take the final report on file, if it is otherwise in order, immediately and proceed the case.
