Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent for illegal withholding of the insurance amount payable to the farmers and direct the 3rd respondent and the 4th respondent and its constituent primary agricultural co-operative banks to disburse forthwith the entire insurance amounts to all the eligible farmers.

It is, in this behalf, a decision be taken, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate it to the petitioner.
