Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2023 and 29.07.2024 submitted with regard to survey the agriculture land properties of an extent of 0.6 cents (Hectares 0.02.5) comprised in Survey No.646/9, and an extent of 0.78 cents (Hectares 0.31.5) comprised in Survey No.646/10, vide patta No.11 situated at Talavadi Village and Taluk, Erode District, lying within Talavadi Panchayat Union Limit. The petitioner's derived the above said property as per the registered partition deed dated 06.10.2010 in Document No. 1538/2010 registered at the office of SRO, Talavadi.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 29.07.2024 seeking survey of the land with an extent of 0.6 cents situated in S.No.646/9 and land to an extent of 0.78 cents in S.No.646/10 at Thalavadi Village and Taluk, Erode District. 2/5

2. The petitioner claims right over the above mentioned land under a registered partition deed dated 06.10.2010. He submitted a representation before the respondents on 29.07.2024 seeking survey of the above mentioned land and also for fixation of four boundaries. The said representation has not been considered till date.

3. Mr.Krishna Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, within a time framed fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2024 and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
