ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Sairaman further submitted that the complaint is pending from the year 2022 and hence, the trial Court may be directed to complete the trial at the earliest.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is given to the trial Judge to strictly follow the mandate of

Section 143(3) of the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881.
