Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records issued by the first respondent, in his proceedings No.PU/R/C/10635/2013, dated 21.06.2013, and to quash the same insofar as Agenda No.1 alone and consequently, to direct the respondents to regulate the services of the petitioner with effect from 30.06.2012, with all consequential benefits, including monetary benefits, as per G.O. (Ms)No.151 Social Welfare and Nutrition Project Department, dated 16.10.2008.
