A.No.5865 of 2019 Application No.5865 of 2019 in C.S.No.354 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., The above Application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking to permit the name of the plaintiff Company in the long and short cause title and Statement of Parties of the Plaint to be amended as "Royale Blue Investments Private Limited".

2. The learned counsel for plaintiff submitted that the plaintiff Company has changed their name from "West Top Investment (India) Private Limited," to "Royale Blue Investments Private Limited". He therefore prayed that this Application may be allowed.

3. Having been convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application, this Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. The learned counsel for applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the Plaint and serve a copy of the amended Plaint to the defendants' counsel on or before 27.08.2019. 14.08.2019 mrr 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
