2. The learned counsel for the first respondent had placed a judgment and decree of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram made in the instant Suit upon which the present Revision arises, which is placed on record.

3. This Revision Petition had been filed challenging the application filed under Order I Rule 10(2), which had been filed by the petitioner, came to be dismissed.

4. In view of the judgment and decree made in the Suit, no further adjudication is required to be made in the Review Petition and accordingly, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
