This application has been filed seeking leave to sue as the Item III of the suit schedule mentioned property is situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the 1st respondent / 1st defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, pending disposal of the suit.

2.The 1st respondent/1st defendant is the outside the jurisdiction of this Court. The defendants 2 to 8 are within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Leave is sought. Leave is granted. This application stands allowed. The Registry may proceed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
