O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner from 24.12.1997 till date of conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings by considering the representation made by the writ petitioner on 10.09.2013.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he was placed under suspension and during the period of suspension, no subsistence allowance had been paid to him. In this regard, the writ petitioner made a representation to the respondent dated 10.09.2013, and no order has been passed by the respondent. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 10.09.2013 and pass orders on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose the copy of the writ petition along with the order passed in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no orders as to costs.
