(Order of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition, to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the original side appeal, was allowed by this Court, vide order dated 03.10.2023, on condition to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the order of this Court was complied with and to that effect, a memo has been filed before the Registry in SR No.36524.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has not controverted the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Memo of compliance, dated 20.10.2023 has been placed before this Court.

5. Inview of the above, Registry is directed to number the original side appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
