This petition is filed for transfer of the proceedings in HMOP No.109 of 2009 from the file of Sub-Court, Ranipet to the file of Sub-Court, Poonamallee.

2. Since the parties were not in a position to ascertain the correct position, I have called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet. The report dated 01.11.2016 indicates that proceedings in HMOP No.109 of 2009 has already been dismissed as not pressed, in view of the memo filed by the counsel for the respondent herein.
