2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that respondents 2 and 3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to them may be dispensed with.
3.In view of the above submission, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
4.Mr.Deepan Uday, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 1st respondent/caveator submitted that he has no objection for condoning the delay.
