This application has been filed by the applicant/4th defendant to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the written statement.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to allow this application and condone the delay in filing the written statement.

4.In the result, this application is allowed and the written statement of the 4th defendant along with the documents and statement of truth is taken on file.
