ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.S.Ramesh J.) The petitions in CMP No.16740 of 2025, CMP No. 16563 of 2025 are filed to implead Bhagyalakshmi Ramesh Boosam, Liquidator of Sree textiles Erode limited as the second respondent in W.A.Nos.803 and 769 of 2025.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
3. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Writ Appeals. 4.Notice to the impleaded respondent, returnable by 19.11.2025. Private notice is also permitted.
